A hitchhiker's guide to electronically mailing useful tools to the International Space Station, brought to you by NASA.
Yep. That happened. NASA just emailed a 3D-printable CAD file of a socket wrench to the 3D printer on the International Space Station where astronaut Barry Wilmore lived up to his last name and printed, then assembled, a wrench.
The printer and file were designed by an outfit called "Made in Space."
You ask: What next?
We say: What NOT next? (we're pretty juvenile sometimes)
Might be time for that Restaurant at the End of the Universe, too.
